Sample Collection

Each time a sample plan is saved, corresponding sample point items are automatically generated for sample collection.
Using the Sample Point List Api, users can filter these samples by sample plan, order, latitude, or longitude.
After collecting a sample, the "Mark Sample as Collected" API can be used to update its status.
